We're still here
The Coronavirus pandemic has caused significant disruption to daily life, but we wanted to let our customers know we’re still here. Urban Jungle Living has transitioned into remote working to ensure continuity of service. All orders will be processed according to our standard 1 business day fulfilment policy. In the event of disruption or delay, we will communicate directly to those customers affected. The unprecedented situation is constantly changing but we will do everything possible to ensure we deliver the highest level of service that our customers have come to expect, while protecting our staff, customers and the wider public.
